This is an early preview of a new software product designed
to facilitate and amplify the meditative experience, improve focus and relaxation'
and expand consciousness. It currently consists of two Interactive 3D virtual
reality applications.
1 - The Sacred TransMedia Mixer,
a kind of 3D sacred symbol mixer and,
2 - The Sacred Chakra Visualization Space,
which was directly inspired by and in honor of Alex Grey's "Theologue", interpreted
as an interactive animated 3D chakra mandala space with appropriate vocal
and/or musical associations.

over and a lot of empowering and transformative processes to experience. )

Festival of Sacred Music October 9th to October 17th,
and the first of three global millennial vocal celebrations to be produced
by Barnett.
The visual sacred Mandala backgrounds for Millenium Hum I will be generated
live by Rik Henderson, founder of, and the primary
creative force behind Transmedia Productions.

of the event or watch the live webcast in the 3D VR Theater inside Cybertown
at www.cybertown.com
where you can shake, gather and hum with avatars from all over the galaxy.
You can enter Cybertown in 2D as a visitor, then use the Jump Gate in the
right hand frame to go the the ePlex, then the VDrome. On Oct. 17th, you will
see a button to view the event. In 3D you can click the screen in the VDrome
to start the live stream.

to offer. Kit Galloway and Sherrie Rabinowitz will give a verbal and digital
tour of thier space and then listen to some poetry with "Caught
in a Little traffic" , four writers, including Bruce Bauman and Keith
Antar Mason, and a couple others from past issues of, "The Traffic Report"
will give a prelude to the Publication Party for the1999 issue that is happening
on site later this evening which will feature the whole cast and crew. (The

Body of light blurs the boundaries between real and virtual
by using the human body as a projection surface and window into a parallel
digital universe. It re-embodies the disembodiment of digital media and invites

FUNTOPIA:
Larry
Chen, Chief Technical Officer of Funtopia will be the featured presenter for
our February meeting. Funtopia is re-opening their 3D Virtual Reality Game
site in February for beta testers of their new 3D Virtual Reality world. During
his talk, Larry will discuss applications of VR, Java vs. VRML accessibility
of worlds, and the dynamics and benefits of on-line communities.

c) painting spaces, and d) 3D world maps. His many projects in this direction

Hills, and an urban block in Venice, CA.
